How to Order Brochures to be Sent to USA Addresses

We're glad to mail you color and black and white samples of the brochures, so you can make your own photocopies of them. You also may print them from our website.

Free Samples: If you send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope with $0.37 postage, we'll send you a color copy of each of our new brochures. We'll also send you a black and white copy of each brochure, so you can easily make copies to share in your community. Send your stamped envelope with $0.37 postage to The Pediatric Network, 507 Park Avenue, Medina, NY 14103.

Ordering Additional Color Brochures:

To order by e-mail, write to mary@pediatricnetwork.org specifying how many Pediatric Network Outreach brochures and how many Diagnosis brochures you would like. Be sure to send payment for the brochures, according to the chart above. Send your payment via PayPal. 

The link we've provided to PayPal takes you directly to our payment page. If you get lost and need to provide PayPal with an e-mail address to direct the payment to, the one to use is mary@pediatricnetwork.org.
