Pediatric Network Brochures are Available Now!

Two tri-fold brochures are available:

  • Our Pediatric Network Outreach brochure introduces our website and forum, and the resources available to families and professionals concerned with CFS, FM and OI in children and adolescents. Its purpose is outreach: to let others know where to access information and support.

  • Our Diagnosis brochure introduces the diagnosis of these conditions in the pediatric population.

We are providing these color brochures at cost, including postage. Free samples are available if you send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope, following the instructions below. We'll provide you with both color and black and white copies of the brochures, so you can make your own copies locally. Or, if you prefer, you may also print your own copies of brochures from our website (see below).

Please follow the appropriate link to learn how to request that printed brochures be sent to you:

Please share these materials and help us spread the word!
